{"id":14433,"date":"2021-02-26T15:07:51","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T20:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/?p=14433"},"modified":"2021-02-26T15:07:51","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T20:07:51","slug":"afit-software-v14-now-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gm-techlink.com\/?p=14433","title":{"rendered":"AFIT Software V14 Now Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The latest software update (CH-47976-SWV14) for the CH-47976 Active Fuel Injector Tester (AFIT) has recently been released.<\/p>\n<p>The software update includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2021 model year and early 2022 model year software for all vehicle applications deploying through July 31, 2021<\/li>\n<li>PC Application Software V4.0 (Windows 10\/)<\/li>\n<li>MCU Firmware V3.44 (FP regulator drive timeout enhancements)<\/li>\n<li>DMU Firmware V1.31 (optimizes support for FP regulator PWM control)<\/li>\n<li>USB to Serial Driver improved interface compatibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> For Windows 10, the GMDE-approved Bosch USB to Serial Cable CH-47976-3A is required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Software Download<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CH-47976-SWV14 software update is available through the Service Workbench selection of \u201cEssential Tools \u2013 Software Updates\u201d in GM GlobalConnect (U.S. only). Select the link for <a href=\"https:\/\/gmtoolsandequipment.com\/en-US\/Pages\/ItemDetail.aspx?SKU=CH-47976-SWV11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AFIT (Active Fuel Injector Tester) Software Update \u2013 V14.00<\/a> February 2021 and follow the instructions.
