GM and several other automotive manufacturers are sponsoring a survey\u00a0for technicians\u00a0across the United States.\u00a0All\u00a0technicians at\u00a0GM\u00a0dealerships are encouraged to\u00a0participate.\u00a0(Fig. 1)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The industry-wide survey is designed to understand service trends, measure satisfaction levels, and gather input about how GM and your dealership provide support to technicians. The feedback assembled from the survey will help GM improve service and support in the dealership.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Take the Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n

GM dealership technicians can access the survey link through\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Global Connect message 21896.<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2026 survey will be open\u00a0through\u00a0August 7, 2026.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All\u00a0survey\u00a0responses are confidential.\u00a0Dealerships\u00a0will not see\u00a0the\u00a0individual\u00a0answers\u00a0of technicians, and responses will also remain anonymous to GM.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
