Take the TAC Action Center Survey Today — Survey Closes Friday

The GM Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is inviting all technicians who have recently contacted a TAC Action Center to take a brief satisfaction survey. The results of the survey will provide TAC with a better understanding of what is working or may not be working so well with the Action Centers for new GM models, and help in developing the processes needed for dealerships to repair vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible.

TAC Action Centers are designed to gather early product feedback and provide support for the introduction of new GM models. Dealership service departments are asked to report all vehicle issues that require immediate attention, not just concerns that require technical assistance. The goal is to develop a quick resolution to any product concerns, such as fit and finish, performance, and operation, as well as to address customer expectations of the vehicle.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is open through May 10, 2024. Please provide your honest feedback; all responses are anonymous.

TIP: The survey is regarding your experience with a TAC Action Center only. It is not for general TAC case feedback.

TAC Action Center Management will review the responses to make the Action Centers more efficient for technicians. Dealership feedback is a key component to enhancing the support and assistance provided by TAC.

I don’t understand why we don’t have access to the dealer case management program here in Canada. I believe it would be useful to all, besides half the time we are talking to the fine folks in the USA anyways!

It would be amazing if you gave back the ability to close cases online in Canada. Why did you take it away? Why do we still have to call in? It’s 2024 and I still have to pick up the phone and WAIT to talk to someone. Time is money, figure this out.
