Some 2027 Corvette models equipped with the 6.7L engine (RPO LS6) may have a small engine oil leak visible from underneath the vehicle between the oil pan and the oil cooler adapter. (Fig. 13)
When the engine is running, some bubbling may be seen near the front mounting location of the oil cooler adapter or rear mounting area.

The oil leak can be addressed by replacing the two oil cooler adapter seals. (Fig. 14)

TIP: It is not necessary to separate the oil cooler from the oil cooler adapter.
After installing the new oil pan high pressure port seals, install the oil cooler adapter and install and tighten the four adapter bolts in sequence. (Fig. 15)

To prevent any potential leaks when installing the adapter bolts, be sure to run the bolts down evenly and tighten in sequence according to the procedure in the appropriate Service Information. (Fig. 16)
