GM and several other automotive manufacturers are sponsoring a survey for technicians across the United States. All technicians at GM dealerships are encouraged to participate. (Fig. 1)

The industry-wide survey is designed to understand service trends, measure satisfaction levels, and gather input about how GM and your dealership provide support to technicians. The feedback assembled from the survey will help GM improve service and support in the dealership.

GM dealership technicians can access the survey link through Global Connect message 21896.
The 2026 survey will be open through August 7, 2026.
All survey responses are confidential. Dealerships will not see the individual answers of technicians, and responses will also remain anonymous to GM.
