OneCRM and Dealer Case Management System Migration

GM dealer support teams, including TAC, TCSC, DBC and others, will be going through training for the new flagship case management system OneCRM on July 7–18. We apologize for any delays during this transition period.

Replacing the Dealer Case Management (DCM) system is CX Connect, an all-new dealer-facing case system that will be your one-stop shop to keep the dealership connected with the customer and dealer support teams.

Dealer training for CX Connect begins on July 22, 2025, with the official launch of CX Connect on August 11, 2025. Dealers will still use the current DCM system until August 11.
